The Policies hereunder are applicable only to products purchased by you directly from IASO USA INC. and its website. By
placing an order or making a purchase at IASO USA INC., you agree to the terms set forth below.

We use PayPal Secure Server Merchant Credit Card Payment Processing Services.
(Note: Funds from Pre-paid payments, including cashier's checks, must clear first prior to order shipment.)
Credit Card Orders
Orders paid by Credit Cards are carefully processed to protect cardholders/payees against any unlawful credit card
transactions over the internet. Your credit card will not be charged for a back-ordered item until the product is shipped.
Your order will be processed within 1-2 business days of receipt, provided the items are in stock and there are no
problems with payment verification. IASO USA INC. does not guarantee same-day shipping. Orders are not processed on
weekends and holidays.
We use UPS, FedEx, USPS and other reputable carriers. Shipping costs are based on weight, volume, destination zip code
and number of items ordered. Standard lead time is 1-2 business days from receipt of order. In the event of shipping
delays, every effort will be made to contact you by phone, email or mail. If the delay is due to backorder, you will receive
notice and be given the choice to remain on backorder, substitute for another item, or cancel your order. Backorders will
be subject to normal shipping and handling policies.
Once the package leaves our warehouse, IASO USA INC. is not responsible for delays, damages, and any other losses
related to the order.

Cancel or Change Order
If you need to cancel or make a change to your order, you have 8 HOURS from the time you place your order to cancel or
change it – NO EXCEPTIONS. This strict policy enables us to facilitate prompt processing of your orders, while extending
reasonable time for order cancellations/changes. There is no fee for cancelled orders.
