Returns & Refunds
IASO USA INC. stands behind the superior quality of its products. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may
return it for exchange or refund within 14 days of receipt of the product. The returned item must be new & unopened,
in its original packaging, and include the original invoice for the purchase. A 20% restocking fee may apply.
All product returns require a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. You may obtain an RMA number by
contacting IASO USA INC. Customer Service by phone, fax or email. The RMA # does not guarantee final deposition. All
returns are subject to inspection and will be evaluated by our team. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.
Products not eligible for return will be sent back to you at your expense if received under the conditions listed below:
- Any product not purchased from IASO USA INC.
- Any product without a valid RMA
- Any product without the Original Invoice
- Any product that is returned without all original packaging, including the retail box, user manuals, and all other items originally included with the product
- Any product from which the UPC code has been removed from its packaging
- Any product that exhibits physical damage
Once an RMA# is issued by IASO USA INC., write it clearly on the outside of the parcel, not on the product packaging.
Please send your package via a trusted carrier (UPS, FedEx, or USPS with Delivery Confirmation).
All returns must be shipped Freight Prepaid and are Non-Refundable. We will not accept COD or Freight Collect return.
Return process will be initiated only after receiving the returned product. Credit will be issued after we receive, inspect
and process the return. Physical damages to the product will breach the Return Policy. If the product is not received in
our warehouse within 10 days from issued RMA, the RMA will be voided and no credit will be issued.
IASO USA INC. will notify you upon receipt of your returned item. The product will be inspected & qualified within 5 to 7
days of its arrival in our warehouse. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original
method of payment). You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are nonrefundable.
For exchanges/replacements, you will be billed for the cost of shipping the new product to you
